TCMS Project Management
In the past we have worked with Dutch Transportation on projects like Technical Leadership and Train Retrofit. Working on such projects, we led technical teams and sub-contractors. We completely take the ownership of projects, working end to end starting from Requirement Analysis and Management to the Verification of artefacts of the Customer's Interface.
Transportation BID & Tender Support
